Formed in 2010, in Baixada Fluminense (RJ), and currently formed by Lety (vocals/guitar); Felipe Santos (vocals/guitar); Ágatha Silveira (bass); Safira (Drum); Trash No Star follows the American underground from the mid-80s and early 90s, with distorted guitar riffs, microphonics, punk and lo-fi. Inspired by Sonic Youth, Babes in Toyland, Mudhoney, Flaming Lips, Dinosaur Jr., L7 and other bands that may not be so easy to perceive in their sound, it is a band that focuses on psychological and political themes, understanding that discourse and practice should always go hand in hand. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Formada em 2010, na baixada Fluminense (RJ), e atualmente formada por Lety (voz/guitarra); Felipe Santos (voz/guitarra); Ágatha Silveira (baixo); Safira (bateria); a Trash No Star segue a cartilha do underground estadunidense de meados de 80 e inicio de 90, com riffs de guitarras distorcidas, microfonias, punk e lo-fi. Inspirados por Sonic Youth, Babes in Toyland, Mudhoney, Flaming Lips, Dinosaur Jr., L7 e outras bandas que talvez não sejam tão fáceis de se perceber em seu som, é uma banda que foca em temáticas psicológicas e políticas, entendendo que discurso e prática devem sempre andar de mãos dadas.
