We celebrate our first anniversary in the heart of Lisbon, high above Chiado, where it all began. Carmo Rooftop was the stage for our very first ZIP Records event, and returning here marks a full circle — a year of music, records, and friendships that shaped our journey. From Baleal, on Portugal’s West Silver Coast, we come to Lisbon to share what defines ZIP: intimate energy, quality sound, and a deep love for the dance floor. For this special occasion, we bring together three artists who perfectly embody the ZIP ethos: 🎶 Kee_ko Lisbon-based DJ, vinyl collector, and curator. Resident DJ and music booker at Carmo Rooftop, where he shapes the venue’s musical direction across sunset and night sessions. Co-owner of ZIP Records and co-founder of the DuSk party, Kee_ko is a key figure in Lisbon’s underground scene. 🎶 Luca Guichard Portuguese DJ and lifelong surfer raised in the Algarve, with Norwegian and French roots. Co-owner of ZIP Records, founder of Surf Kombucha, and ambassador for Scandinavian Edition. Luca brings a warm, groove-driven energy to every set and is a regular presence across Lisbon’s events and club nights. 🎶 Santana Co-owner of ZIP Records, dedicated vinyl collector, and selector. Active in Lisbon’s electronic scene since 2005, Santana’s deep passion for records and uncompromising approach to sound have made him an essential part of the label’s story. More than just a party, this anniversary is our way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported ZIP Records during our first year.
