Tapping into the growing trend of day raves, Birchella is a high energy dance fitness class led by a top-level instructor, set to live DJ dance music. This is nostalgia-fuelled rave fitness - high impact choreography coupled with club bangers, to release feel-good endorphins while working mind and body, all at our incredible venue, No 90 Hideout, Hackney Wick. Please wear comfortable workout attire - TRAINERS ARE MANDATORY if you're participating - so is attitude a sense of fun, and be prepared to step outside your comfort zone! If you've bought a standing/ observer ticket - just join in and throw your hands in the air! We're committed to inclusion and equality and embrace diversity.
