Blocofest- Benefit Show

BLOCOFEST VOL. 2 A GALA FOR THE PEOPLE This is not your typical gala. And this is definitely not a night to stand around watching other people make music. BLOCOFEST brings Brazilian batucada into the Miami underground. An experimental night built around percussion, live music, and unexpected collaborations. Maybe you've heard samba in the streets of Rio. Maybe you've never picked up a drum in your life. Either way, you're invited into the bateria. Pick up a rhythm, join the workshop, and find yourself playing samba with a whole lot of people at Churchill's. RAFFLE PRIZES BRABO Cachaça + Hop'n Spa YOUR TICKET MAKES THE MUSIC POSSIBLE Admission, workshop, and raffle ticket proceeds directly support Miamibloco's Give Miami Day campaign. Your contribution helps sustain Miamibloco's community programs, including Bateria Saideira — our community samba percussion education and performance program, open to ages 15+ at an accessible, community-supported rate.
