“It’s Club RAT, not CLUB Rat!”
Rats. There are around 3 million of them in New York City. You’ve seen them in the streets, huddled around dumpsters, and you’ve surely seen them at the club. But for every million club rats, there's a club legend. Club RAT seeks to celebrate those local heroes who turned decades of service behind and beyond the booth into a worldbuilding creative practice.
We’re kicking off Club RAT with Juliana Huxtable, an artist and muse of a generation who has shaped the current cultural landscape of New York nightlife. After years of club-museum-‘nother-club, she has developed an era-defining artistic practice expanding across multiple media and a distinctive sound as layered as her multihyphenate identity:

For the inaugural Club RAT, Juliana will bring her own world to roost for one night at QNCC.
