Diafano Presents Daisy Fritzgerald

Daisy Karnas is a painter currently based in Miami, Florida. Daisy transfigures her experience and transposes it into painting. Depending on what she wants to convey, her aesthetic approach will vary. She is especially informed by the history of narrative imagery as a way to pass on understanding, or knowledge. Daisy will be showing five oil paintings which depict scenes of a transcendental odyssey, passing through deserts, rivers, and seas. Within this adventure, one is confronted with fundamental themes of life such as love, loss, family, and home.
