Once again, ELA is representing Lisbon on the global Earth Night movement. Created by DJs for Climate Action in 2018 the initiative has been uniting the global electronic music community, raising awareness for climate action.
Earth Night happens during the Earth Week in April, when promoters, venues and artists from all over the world organize a simultaneous worlwide event, that takes place in different locations during that week.
Scientists, activists and frontline communities continue to warn us of impending climate colapse, yet our leaders have so far failed to provide solutions. In the face of immense overwhelm and resulting Climate Paralysis taking hold globally, Earth Night emphasizes local, community-led actions that sprout joy and move the needle on climate justice. 🌍

‘Keeping Airplanes and Fossil Fuels in the Ground’ - presentation and action on climate crisis for a zero-emission transport system.

MUSIC 🎧
All artists will be challenged to produce a track to be played at the event, using the Climate Sample Pack, that was recorded by Greenpeace in natural areas from the Arctic to the Amazônia.
