“Toi Toi Toi” is a phrase borrowed from opera tradition - a quiet ritual used to ward off bad luck, often accompanied by knocking on wood. An invocation of protection and intention. Since 2010, Toi.Toi.Musik has existed as a constant within the underground, moving between East London warehouses, club rooms, and far-flung cities while holding firmly to its core values. From intimate spaces in London to rooms at Fabric, from Barcelona cities such as Tokyo and New York, the focus has never been on scale or saturation. Wherever it lands, the principle remains unchanged: quality over quantity. A philosophy shaped by sound, trust, and genuine connection. Its identity is defined as much by the friendships behind it as the music in front of it: That ethos has always aligned closely with Gaffe’s own approach, something reflected in our shared history particularly through the Sunday Service series in Wandsworth, which remain some of the most meaningful nights we’ve hosted. Toi Toi returns with the same intent, reintroduced with care, patience, and respect for the journey that brought it here.
