♊️ Gemini kicks off Pride Month on June 5.
Back at The STUD.
We’re starting Pride month where it should: with the girls, the gays, the dolls, the dykes, the divas, the dancers, the flirts, the friends of friends, and the group of twinks in the next stall over.
This month, we have a special all night open to close set from James Axon. One of the finest up and coming selectors in the queer underground, the Planet Love (LA) co-founder approaches DJing as an extension of his lifelong love of music. His sets are always colorful, eclectic, and intuitively reflective of the setting – whether playing cosmic disco in an intimate loft or hypnotic techno in a dark foggy warehouse. James' return to Gemini is not to be missed.
Backing James up in the Corral we have three local legends:
Beverly Chills
SF party organizer, DJ, trans activist, performer, and a staple of the city’s queer underground. Beverly moves through electroclash, house, techno, and Y2K pop with a soft-start-to-full-impact kind of heat.
Mama San
Bay-born, SF-based genre-fluid DJ and event producer behind the rising force that is Queen Out. Hyperpop, East Coast club, global bangers, bass, house, and the kind of set that tells your body what to do before your brain catches up.
Peer Pressure
Gemini cofounder, resident, and SF dance floor instigator.
Pride starts here.
