Listen: Hidden Spheres: https://push.fm/fl/sjykurrm Lali Prolix: https://soundcloud.com/lali-prolix Frankie Nanna: https://soundcloud.com/frankienanna About: Hidden Spheres: Hidden Spheres, aka Tom Harris, hails from Manchester with almost a decade’s worth of music across many different labels. His work has been shared by sister imprints Lobster Theremin and Distant Hawaii, Peckham’s Rhythm Section, alongside Church, Scissor and Thread, and his own imprint, Fruit Merchant. Tom’s sound began with the roots of Detroit house, inspired by crate digging and old soul records. His production has grown to incorporate sounds from all over the dance music spectrum. Late night ambience ran through his 2015 EP, ‘Waiting’. And on ‘Breathing Deep’, in 2020, percussive elements came to the forefront as live instrumentation was accompanied by acid synths and basslines. This evolution has included other genres, with nods to disco, lounge and jazz being embraced by the Mancunian producer. On ‘By and Bye’, the sound of the EP falls into categories of jazz, balearic house, and neo soul as the listener is guided through the different colours of Tom’s production style. Lali Prolix: From minimal techno to jackin house, funk to disco and all ports in between, her style is seamlessly eclectic and plays to the subtle undercurrents of energies and moods she encounters among the dancers who grace the floor. Frankie Nanna: By the time he was 18 years old, the Denver-based artist Frankie Nanna played at some of the world’s most renowned jazz venues such as The Kennedy Center with the National Jazz Workshop Big Band, the Blue Note with the NYU combo band in New York City, and the 2018 Telluride Jazz Festival with Veronica Swift. Frankie’s connection with the dancefloor and natural ear for music has allowed him to step out of his comfort zone and incorporate his experiences into his artistry. His releases gained support from some of the house music scene's most noteworthy names such as Marco Carola, Jesse Calosso, ChaseWest, Seb Zito, Sirius Hood, Ranger Trucco, and Slugg. Keep your eyes out and ears open for Frankie Nanna as he is an up-and-coming artist you do not want to miss.
