Sobre nosotros
Brooklyn DJ trio Pleasure Jams combines stellar exploration with earthly expansion for a night of chunky house sluggers, sluggy chunk housers, and a grab bag of blissful jams from deep down inside. New York DJ collective of Stewey Decimal, Allie Bell and Marosy - aka Pleasure Jams - have been dispensing their positivity-forward brand of danceable pleasures all over NYC and the world since 2015. Immersed in the euphoric realms of disco, house, techno, and electro melodies, Laila Amira draws inspiration from the vibrant pulse of New York City's nightlife to sculpt a sonic haven where reality surrenders to rhythm. Her journey as a curator is fueled by the transformative power she witnesses on the dancefloor, where connections bloom and euphoria ignites. Through her musical odyssey, Laila seeks to get listeners to embark on a journey of liberation- out of their heads and into their bodies. Since the start of her journey, she has graced nightlife stays at iconic venues such as Knockdown Center, Good Room, Elsewhere, Jolene Sound Room, Le Bain, Mood Ring, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Cafe Balearica, and Superior Ingredients. Laila Amira is also the co-host of Club Made Radio on Newtown Radio, a show and mix series dedicated to interviewing those changing the nightlife landscape today.
