Drawing from his love of cinema, his selections which traverse zones of brooding psychedelia, techno, electro, breaks, and wave, are often woven together with uncanny soundbites and samples. His sets explore the fringes of dance music with an unhinged groove. MALIK HENDRICKS https://soundcloud.com/malikhendricks Malik Hendricks is a rhythmically inclined aesthetic enthusiast born in the 80's, and raised in the 90's. A DJ for over a decade, he has always approached music with a rigorous curiosity and views the dancefloor as the ideal arena for collective cultural appreciation, a place where the quest for knowledge meets the quest for experience Maliks productions have appeared on his label Money Cat Records as well as Coloring Lessons, Bliss Point, Bumpin' Somethin' Records, and Darker Than Wax. JOHN BARERA https://soundcloud.com/johnbarera John Barera is a DJ, Producer & Label owner based in NYC. His sound is rooted in techno and house’s most classic iterations: sturdy, barreling grooves, shimmering pads, deep liquid dubs and the occasional acid burn. With his informed DJ style and insatiable appetite for new and old music of all kinds, Barera has forged a career that has taken him all over. This has included set at some of the most iconic clubs including Fabric, Smart Bar, Hot Mass, and Berghain’s Panorama Bar. He is the co-founder of Jack Dept, the techno/acid label he runs with Volvox, co-founder of Supply Records, and member of B-Tracks. Barera’s productions have appeared on labels including Allergy Season, BOUND NYC, Basement Floor, Dolly & Vanity Press. John’s collaborative album with Will Martin, ‘Graceless' was released on Steffi’s Dolly label in 2014 after a successful track on her Panorama Bar mix. Andrew Licata’s music is strongly influenced by his New York roots, but living, traveling, and DJing in Europe & Latin America, has evolved and expanded his particular flavor.
