Delve into a handpicked selection of Megan’s wines, each sip telling a story of earth and enthusiasm, perfectly paired with a vegan menu designed to elevate the wine's profile and your evening. Groove with the Benny Bloom Trio: Led by the charismatic Eric Benny Bloom, famed for his electrifying trumpet with "Lettuce," the trio will fill the night with rhythms that resonate with jazz aficionados and newcomers alike. Supported by Tommy Shugart's mesmerizing Hammond B-3 organ and Braxton Kahn's dynamic drums, expect a performance that dances between explosive and ethereal. Indulge in a Culinary Journey: Your palate will be pampered with dishes crafted by Somebody People’s head chef, Justin Freeman, to complement the wines’ dynamic character First Course: Bread paired with Portuguese Favish and crisp gem lettuce adorned with radish, Aleppo spiced breadcrumbs, and a bold horseradish garlic dressing. Second Course: A warm embrace of red potato salad dressed in a tangy garlic and Meyer lemon vinaigrette, alongside charred sprouting broccoli drizzled with a roasted garlic and Aleppo sauce. Third Course: A rich and comforting lasagna beside braised romano beans stewed with fresh oregano and crushed tomatoes.
