Iranian by birth, Canadian by upbringing, these two have come a long way from their own journeys before reuniting in Berlin. Realistically they didn't start playing the ukulele at the tender age of 3 nor did they buy their first drum machine in kindergarten. What we know is that their deeply rooted love for electronic music led them to storm Vancouver's nightlife as DJs since 2011. This in turn prepared them to start their experimentation with making music that pulls influences from their hyphenated backgrounds. Today they embody a sound capturing their lust for soulful elements coupled with their itch for dancey grooves. Their music has already taken them to perform in renowned parties such as Garbicz Festival in Poland, Katerblau in Berlin, OFF Sonar in Barcelona, ZERO in NYC and Woomoon in Ibiza. Tony L Issac Tony L Issac, an Egyptian electronic music artist, embarked on his career in Cairo in the early 2000’s performing across Egypt before becoming a resident and music director at Tabla. This role facilitated his expansion across Dubai and Beirut before later moving to Los Angeles, California in 2017, where he established his production company, Massar LA. Tony's international success includes performances at popping venues like “Do Not Sit” in Miami and festivals such as “Burning Man” and “Gardens of Babylon” in Amsterdam. his signing with Sol Selectas, Kosa Musica and katun signifies his continued growth in music production, Tony’s main focus is to continue bringing memorable moments, positive vibes and energy amongst people and communities across the world. ZOLO ZOLO was born and raised in California with roots from Afghanistan and the soul of a nomad. She is a bohemian who has traveled extensively over the last twelve years, immersing herself in different cultures and being inspired by sounds from around the world. The music she is drawn to is a reflection of her taste and experiences. Through her sets, ZOLO takes you on a journey, circumnavigating the globe. Her style is an eclectic blend of world music with deep, organic, tribal and spiritual house rhythms. ZOLO has shared her music with dance floors in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Tulum, Turkey and festivals such as Burning Man and Lightning in a Bottle.
