Roumé At A Fechada: Album Release Concert

Heeeeeeeei, I'm Roumé, neoclassical pianist and composer. I just released my second album, "we are melting snow" and I would like to invite you to the album release night. I wanted to call it “party”, but because I plan to present the pieces and songs from this freshly baked album, along with some of my classics, it’s not precisely a party music, really. This is going to be a solo date, you planned for so long, but never carved out the time in your busy summer timeline; this is going to be an actual date, and maybe you were waiting for a good excuse to finally invite that mysterious girl/boy, sitting alone at a coffeeshop, with a book, but who has been side-eyeing on you all the time. You can tell her/him - “what about spending a night out with me, almost like what you read in your book, but played on piano?” I bet it was some “Le roman français”, I presume. Because we all go through winters in our lives. It is comforting, quiet and hopeful. A Fechada, previously known as “La Sharada” was the very first place where I played live in Lisbon. I’m coming home. I will be joined by some very interesting Lisbon artists, so you can expect some unexpected people and sounds and instruments on stage with me to help me cook the main dish of the night. Speaking of cooking - because I mentioned it would be a date might out, there should be actual “night out” food. For the very first time, I will be doing a collaboration with a chef, Kirill, who will take over non-existent kitchen at A Fechada. It’s going to be exquisitely inexpensive in prices and expensive in taste dishes. Kirill, a founder of Keer Noon Club, will bring experimentation and comfort in food as much, as in the music this night. See you very soon, bjs, Roumé
