SheRises & Palaphita get together for a Social Run in Cascais followed by a DJ set for lots of dancing and socializing with the best views! Group Run for All Levels! (30 min - you can walk you can run fast or slow) Protein smoothie included for all participants by gold nutrition Kids up to 12 years old have free entrance Access to an ocean dip Palaphita will have a Brunch available for whoever wants to get some fuel with friends and family The goal is to get all the sports lovers together for a nice time!
