Illektrolab’s turntablism began at a young age. With heavy influence from old-school electro, breakbeat, and hip-hop sounds he soon became a pillar in the early AZ underground music scene. Moving to the UK in the mid 90s to study music production, he went on to launch his long list of unparalleled cyber-galactic releases. Having performed alongside the likes of DJ Shadow, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Rabbit in the Moon, Kurtis Blow, Z Trip, DJ Icey, DJ Dan, Hyperactive, Ninja Tunes, Aphrodite, DMX Crew, and Goldie, to name a very few, Illektrolab carries old-school breakbeat sound into dripping, heavy, forward-thinking electro bass unlike any other.
