The most electrifying Waacking Dance Battle on the planet returns to House of Yes on July 27, 2025, for a one-night-only celebration of rhythm, self-expression, and iconic style.

This year's theme? Decades of Rhythm — a time-traveling dance experience through the sounds that shaped our moves, from the disco-fueled 70s to the beats of today. Watch as dancers bring each era to life on the battle floor, serving face, drama, and musical precision.

We're flying in dance royalty for this epic night.

Billy Goodson – Choreographer for Diana Ross and Michael Jackson Dancer, and one of the last living pioneers of Waacking.

Mark Starr – Former Soul Train and American Bandstand dancer, a living link to the dancefloor legacy.

JEMIN – Viral Waacking sensation from Korea, whose style has captivated millions.

DJ WIZZARD – Korean DJ/dancer phenom bringing the sound that drives the battle.

Hosted by the incomparable Princess Lockerooo (featured in the New York Times)!

Special performances by NYC’s fiercest artists plus live music elements to supercharge the night.

Costume Contest: Represent your favorite musical decade and win fabulous prizes. Think 70s disco, 80s glam, 90s realness, Y2K futurism, or today’s streetwear couture.
