Yoga & Sound Healing at Palácio

Celebrate the changing of the season with self-care at one of most beautiful Palácios in Lisbon. Miki will be leading you through a 45 minutes of grounding yoga flow, followed by a 45 minute sound bath session by Anne-Sophie who’s goal is to create a sense of ease with the healing energy of the crystal bowls. Before the practice there will be a welcome ceremony with kombucha and CBD to create space for your intention. The session is open for all levels.
