Zeyzey Selects: Monster Rally

Monster Rally is the musical project of Cleveland-based artist Ted Feighan, who has been a major force in the rise and popularity of tropic-tinged and mellow lo-fi production over the past ten plus years. Equally inspired by 90s hip-hop and 60s exotica, Monster Rally has created his own tropicalworld that invites the listener to come along. His signature dreamy and escapist compositions are instantly recognizable and have garnered the attention of countless fans and music critics alike, racking up over 100 million streams in the process. He’s performed at several top festivals including Outside Lands, Noise Pop, SXSW, CMJ and Treefort Fest. Monster Rally's live show features Ted playing guitar, bass, keys and Roland SP-404 samplers, and has been seen by over 25,000 people between 2023-2025 with notable tours supporting artists such TV Girl, Hermanos Gutiérrez and Leisure. Feighan is also an accomplished visual artist working on exclusive collaborations with Topo Chico, JuneShine, Subliminal Projects (Shepard Fairey’s gallery), The Standard Hotel, and Urban Outfitters, as well as his own exhibitions. Monster Rally is currently teasing out a new full-length album – his first with features (!) with a rollout staring in mid-2025.
