Sabura ( sa·bu·ra )
From Cabo Verde & Guiné-Bissau Criol. Literally “moment or activity that gives pleasure or brings joy”
It's an independent and multifaceted festival that represents the communion between people and cultures, a celebration of life, love, happiness and freedom to the beat of the most diverse rhythms, styles and origins.
5 stages, more than 80 artists, many shows and over a dozen of activities for all ages, including yoga, capoeira, kayak, forest aerial adventure, workshops, arts and craft market, wine tasting, gastronomy area, kids zone, camping and glamping, among many others.
The chosen location is Sesimbra Natura Park, a natural oasis in the middle of the forest and by the shore of a beautiful lake, at 30 minutes from Lisbon, and 15 minutes from some of the most paradisiacal beaches in Europe, Arrábida Natural Park, Meco and Sesimbra city.
