The second edition of COMIGO lands at Irmão on Friday 4 September, with Bambounou leading the line-up. A key name in the Paris electronic scene, Bambounou has spent more than a decade developing a sound that doesn't sit neatly in one genre. Techno, UK bass, house, broken rhythms and plenty in between, mixed with an instinct for reading the dancefloor and taking things somewhere unexpected. From 50Weapons to AD 93, Berghain to Nuits Sonores, his path has always been about pushing electronic music forward rather than following a formula. Joining him is Mâhfoud, a multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer whose music moves between electronic soundscapes, house, soul and jazz influences.
