Cuban Dance Lab II + Salsa Social

Dear community, we are happy to introduce to you the second edition of our special project - Cuban Dance Lab! We’ll build on what we explored in the first Lab — but with more structure and depth. We’ll start by reviewing the steps we practiced last time, making sure everyone feels confident with the foundations. From there, we’ll focus on sharpening our timing and precision, essential elements for dancing Son authentically. We'll also introduce a slightly more complex sequence that brings everything together, allowing us to experience how the technical aspects, musical interpretation, and the ecstatic feeling of Son connect in motion.
