The first edition of Delírio, the Lisbon-based party label, will be held on the Tagus River, on a boat, to the sound of special guest Dicky Trisco, the GOAT of boats, from the UK to the world, along with Lucas Bicudo, from 1/4 Club and now also a resident of Delírio, and Godi Osegueda, from Bones Records. Our journey begins on Saturday, July 29th at 4pm when our boat will depart from Cais da Rocha (in front of LACS) for a magical journey through the waters of the Tejo and Lisbon's colorful sunsets until returning to land at 10pm. His passion for music and desire for good times is well known. He has spent years chasing that sound and that feeling around the globe as an international DJ. For him DJing is all about people. He is addicted to the way music connects people and makes for better days. Dicky really broke through as a DJ and producer in the Nu Disco/Disco Revival years from around 2004. In particular, his run of DJ edit, original and remix releases alongside Balearic House hero Pete Herbert on Disco Deviance and Maxi Discs led to him becoming an increasingly in demand DJ with a busy international touring schedule. Since those early days, Dicky has toured constantly around Asia, Australia, Central/South America, USA, Europe and the UK sharing the music and the sound he loves. He has also become a regular at a long list of high profile festivals including the legendary Glastonbury, Electric Elephant, Mareh, Love International, Festival No 6 and many more. Dicky is also a mainstay of the local scene in his hometown of Dundee, Scotland where he was a resident of the infamous ‘Small Town Club’ aka Reading Rooms for over a decade. At nights like Autodisco, Disco Deviance, A Night With and Non Stop, he learned his trade playing alongside many of his heroes and legendary DJs from around the world such as Andrew Weatherall, Optimo, Rahaan, Jazzie B, Horse Meat Disco, Farley Jackmaster and many more. Dicky also ran and curated the well-respected House music label Home Taping Is Killing Music for many years putting out a run of amazing releases. Home Taping broke a number of great House artists who have gone on to become household names in the scene including The Blessed Madonna, The Revenge, Nicholas, Borrowed Identity, Eddie C & Medlar amongst others. Dicky continues to discover, produce and remix music for a number of quality imprints including Razor-N-Tape, File Under Disco, Home Taping, Barefoot Beats, Nervous Records and many more. He has also remixed major artists such as Bryan Ferry, Belle & Sebastian, Edwyn Collins (Orange Juice), Danielle Baldelli, Faze Action, The Orielles, Golden Dawn Arkestra and Tensnake down in his basement studio. Most recently Dicky has been creating original music alongside NYC music machine JKriv under the name Sentimental Animals for the Razor-N-Tape imprint. Their Love Vibration EP was very well received by disc jockeys around the world and has been played by the likes of Craig Charles who made it one of his Tracks of 2021 on his BBC Radio 6 Funk & Soul show. As a disc jockey, DT packs a little bit of everything into his sets and is committed to the idea that music and club nights should be all about escapism, joy and togetherness. Lucas Bicudo (1/4 Club / Lisboa) https://soundcloud.com/lucasbicudo https://soundcloud.com/umquartoclub From Rio, Lucas Bicudo is a DJ, founder of 1/4 Club - a music agency and party label based in Lisbon - and host at Veneno Live, a radio based in São Paulo. His mixes brings many references from his childhood in Brazil, with a combination of new findings and lost oldies among dark disco, house, funk, African and Brazilian rhythms and its subgenres. Lucas started his career in 2012 in Rio, where he used to play at the extinct iconic Club Cave. Since then, he has brought his selection to other places, such as São Paulo, Paris, London, Berlin, Geneva, among others, playing alongside artists which have been inspirations for him. In Lisbon, he hosts a bi-weekly radio show at Veneno Live, radio from São Paulo, and runs a monthly residence at Gala Cricri club, where he invites djs from all over the world to share the decks. He also runs the party label Acende, which brings in over than 600 people per edition, and recently released a carnival network and event label called Humans of Carnaval and now, Delírio. ................................. Godi Osegueda (Bones Records) https://soundcloud.com/godiosegueda https://www.instagram.com/bones.records Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Godi Osegueda started as a DJ in the 90’s when his interest in musical instruments was extended to mixing and producing. In the early 00’s he began his first regular residence at Club 00, along his partner and record digger Clark Nelson (Chicago). Right after that he joined LickSamba Crew, a musical-artistic branch between Rio de Janeiro – Austin that reaches its peak along the Ritual party editions. By the 2005 Godi evolved as a DJ/producer, graduating as a studio technician and electronic music producer in the schools Microfusa and Sae Institute, both in Barcelona, which in the future have reflected on his accurate mixing techniques. At the same time he had a well succeeded residency at Kulas Bar, with full dancefloor every Friday. After his first international experience and already reintegrated to the artistic scene of Rio, Godi performs in some of the most relevant parties of the city like after hours in Dama de Ferro, Fosfobox, RARA, and others. With his musical construction based on multi-ethnic sounds he created his own space among the disputed São Paulo, playing in clubs like Caracol, Soul.Set and Sunday Sessions - just to quote some of them. Still in his past movements, along with the carioca scene Godi joined the Disconnection Crew with regular presentations in ClubHouse Rio with memorable editions besides Joi Cardwell, Cordell Johnson (Excursions, Chicago) and Jojo Flores (GotSoul, Montreal). He also boosted the house dancers collective named Bonde do Jack which is today a reference in the house dance modality in Brazil. Eager for exploring the musical entertainment scene, in 2017 he went back to international waters, anchoring in Barcelona, where he boosted some web shows through Bones Radio around some terraces around. Currently living in Lisbon, Godi runs Bones Records, a vinyl boutique, reaffirming his good reputation as a DJ in his residence at the party SUB and in presentations in the venues Musicbox, NúcleoA70, Praia Irmao, BOALAB and Boavista Social Club. Each step of his career was essential so he could absorb the sensibility that is essential to communicate with different parties and generations, offering what is new and trendy in his sets as well as in Bones Records collection.
