Daria Kolosova is a Ukrainian DJ known for her dynamic versatility and powerful presence in the global techno scene. With over 12 years of experience, she has performed at some of the world’s most respected institutions and festivals, including Berghain, Bassiani, Fabric, Awakenings Festival, and iconic Ibiza venues such as Amnesia, Hï Ibiza, and DC-10. Born in Lutugino, eastern Ukraine, her passion for electronic music began at age nine after hearing The Prodigy. Classically trained in piano, she began DJing in 2010 and quickly immersed herself in Ukraine’s underground scene, eventually relocating to Kyiv to further refine her sound.
In Kyiv, she became a resident at Keller under the alias Dar:k and co-founded the Materia party series before transitioning to perform under her real name. A pivotal collaboration with DJ Nastia led to international recognition, including performances at Berlin’s Funkhaus, tours in Brazil, and appearances at venues and events such as Warung, Pacha Ibiza, Rex Paris, and major festivals across Europe. She later became a resident of Nastia’s label NECHTO and continued building her solo career with sets at Tresor, Hör, Boiler Room, and leading festivals worldwide.
Today, Daria is regarded as one of techno’s fastest-rising names. Her style blends hard, groovy techno with breakbeat, electro, hardcore, and jungle, creating unpredictable, narrative-driven sets. Viewing music as a form of empathy and storytelling, she aims not only to move dance floors but to challenge and inspire audiences with bold, genre-spanning selections.
