Joey B

Joey B is a self taught, Richmond based dj who has been curating dance floors since 2009. Drawing inspiration from disco, funk, soul, jazz, and improv jam, as well as a deep love for electronic music, he set out to find a way to fuse his favorite parts of all these types of music and performances into one. The result is what he describes as “coalescence - the fusion of all synthesis”. His unique style of mixing and blending creates a journey through sound that not only transcends genres but also keeps you guessing (and dancing) from the past to the present.
