Two years ago, nyc rave girls started as a personal passion project between two best friends. Since then, it’s grown into something bigger—a real community of dancers, music lovers, and ravers.
It’s been a wild, beautiful ride. So we’re throwing a party to celebrate it all.
House of Yes and the Onyx Room are ours for the night—one of the first dancefloors that made us feel at home in nyc, and still one of our favorites. The main room will be bright, funky, and high-energy. Onyx will take you deeper: darker, more sultry, a space to close your eyes and sink in. A femme-forward lineup will lead the charge.
Everyone is welcome, but come with the rave girl mindset. That means:
— The dancefloor is for dancing.
— Respect the space.
— Take care of each other.
— Say hi to someone you don’t know.
— Enjoy the moment.
— Be yourself.
**Be cool and respect the no phones on the dancefloor policy at House of Yes. You’re welcome to take photos or check your phone at the front room or outdoor patio, but let’s keep the dancefloor sacred.**

It’s our birthday—show up like it’s yours too. Think sparkle, sheer, colors, patterns, a full send, or a piece you’ve been saving for a special day. Something comfy you can dance in for hours is also a YES in our book. If it makes you feel good, it’s the right look.

RIMARKABLE
Hailing from Detroit, Rimarkable plays songs that don’t ask permission to move you. Her sets are a genre-nonconforming, fearless mix of house, techno, soul, funk, Afro rhythms, and beyond. No matter what, you’re going to dance.
Expect a deeply emotional, hypnotic blend of melodic, indie, progressive, and deep techno. With a storyteller’s touch, her sets are a cathartic balance of darkness and light. The Onyx Room will be her playground for the night.
A Mayan Warrior regular, he’s funky, playful, soulful—and loves to throw in a rock-inspired sound to his vibrant house + indie dance sets.
Ksenyeah, co-founder of nyc rave girls and a former pro dancer, plays with pure energy and instinct. Her partner Manguito adds global flavor and cheeky charm, blending genres with his signature bounce.
Her superpower: spinning yummy house music. She loves to tell a story, especially one that slides through the dance-scapes of disco, house, and a good wild card.
⫸ WHO ARE NYC RAVE GIRLS?
We’re two best friends and musical soulmates who (accidentally) started a rave community in NYC. We curate weekly “rave recs” to help people nagivage the scene, share “rave reviews” of our nights out dancing, and help connect ravers (new and seasoned!) through our Discord and events. We’re for everyone—but our energy is girls to the front.
