PAINTING WITH YOUR HEART A journey led by painter Sofia Pidwell into learning how to paint intuitively with the heart and to connect with our inner child through play. A journey into finding your true creativity through paint & play; a moment of interiorisation, integration and creativity. SOFIA PIDWELL Sofia is an independent Portuguese artist, living and working in Lisbon. Her work focuses on a research around human nature, existence, the evolutionary process of the human being & the repercussions at an individual & collective level. It is her wish to improve the understanding of human nature & through her work discover the principles that govern life.
