Inspired by the steep reliefs of Vesuvius, where everything can change in a split second, Caduta Massi takes its name from the warning engraved on volcanic trails: “Beware of falling rocks. ” And it 's this tension between apparent calm and sonic explosion that defines the music of the French trio. Influenced by All Them Witches, Fu Manchu, King Buffalo, and many other pillars of psychedelic music, the band delivers powerful stoner rock, where the underlying calm can suddenly transform into an eruption of searing solos and monolithic riffs.
