Elye & the Hydra is an exciting exploration of the boundaries between electro and psychedelic rock of the 60s/70s. In his first EP "Love", you will discover a unique fusion of electronic and organic sounds, combining hypnotic guitars, Hammond organ and wild acoustic drums. But what makes this EP truly special is the captivating atmosphere it creates, marrying the spirit of the psychedelic “Summer of Love” with the frenetic energy of contemporary rave and dancefloor. At the heart of this record is a deeply introspective and philosophical message, carried by a female choir, "the Hydra", which asks existential questions about individuality, love and desire.
