French trumpeter and multi-instrumentalist Lakay made the leap into electronic music in the early 2000s. Listening to his projects, a debut album « Enjoy People » (Hadra Records and Salamah Productions) released in 2011 followed by « Metis'Sage Community » released in 2015 (Hadra Records and Salamah Productions), « Awake Experience » released in 2020 (Hadra Altervision Records and Salamah Production) and his new EP « Shamanik Experience » released in January 2025 (Hadra Altervision Records and Salamah Production), it's easy to see that we're dealing with a lover of travel, whether physical or musical. The movement of people around the world, the movement of the mind as it wanders, and the movement of bodies as they dance - is the raw material of Lakay's work.
