sopro. a project by Tomás Fabião. sopro is a DJ from the Portuguese underground electronic dance music scene, born in Lisbon and based in Covilhã. Trained in Biotechnology, he found in music a natural extension of his relationship with experimentation. His path began at Companhia Club, the most established venue in the Beira Interior region, a foundation that shaped both his rootedness and his drive to move beyond it. He also trained in DJing and Personal Branding at the same venue, developing technique, artistic identity, and stage presence. He built a consolidated presence across the Covilhã scene and is now expanding the project into the Lisbon and northern scenes, with performances at Dengo Club and Casa Capitão. His sound is intimate, adapting to context from groove-driven and luminous to more denser, primal territory, without losing direction. sopro works the groove with intention, letting elements build until the crowd finds itself dancing, keeping a floor moving without it ever feeling forced.
