Formed in 2020 in Paris, France, SORCERER is a 5 pieces metal hardcore band. Their music consists in a combination between modern heavy hardcore, old school metalcore and a glimpse of emo that brings a unique touch to Sorcerer's tone: heavy and dark riffs merging with tormented, melancholy voice. Their debut EP "JOY" is released in April 2021 through Delivrance Records. The record is well received and the band meets the same enthusiasm during its first shows across France and Europe. In 2022, « Pleasures », a 3 songs EP is released, digging the metallic side of the band, asserting Sorcerer’s aim to explore further away from classic Hardcore boundaries. The following year, Sorcerer teams with shoegazers @Pencey Sloe for a surprising Split EP, « Strangers ». Finally in 2024, Sorcerer's anticipated first LP 'DEVOTION' comes out. The album has been recorded live and mixed by Amaury Sauvé (Birds in Row, Plebeian Grandstand...). The band will promote it throughout France and Europe, notably on the Hellfest's Warzone on the 30th of June 2024.
