Zauo Born in Espírito Santo (Brazil) and based in Lisbon, he is an emerging figure who masterfully translates the fusion of Funk heritage with the cutting edge of electronic music. His sonic identity is a direct dialogue between the Capixaba "beat fino" and the Carioca "tambor xrk", exploring diverse genres with a contagious rhythmic freedom. His journey into DJing was an organic transition: moving from the front of the dance floor to behind the decks, driven by the desire to replicate the intense energy he once felt as a clubber. In just one year of his professional career, Zauo has already established himself on prominent stages such as Dengo Club, s2 BAILE, Embrasa Clube, and Baile Trama. He is also the curator of FRONTLINE, his own label focused on connectivity and representation on the dance floor.
