Tapping the intoxicating grooves of 80s funk, the sensual colors of R&B, and the driving pulse of Chicago House, LA-based trio Wake the Wild has released over 50 original songs. Since their debut EP “Guilty Pleasures,” they gained traction from Spotify editorial playlists such as Butter, Young & Free, Serotonin, Nu-Funk, and Coffee Club, and have also landed synchs on Netflix, MTV, BET, ABC and Peacock. Somewhere in between Jungle, Silk Sonic, Disclosure and SG Lewis, their signature sound coined “Retro Future” is all about inclusivity and good vibrations.
