First noticed in the late 2010s by Gerald Donald (Drexciya, Dopplereffekt) for his mathematical approach to composition—developed through his interest in mathematics and echoing a distinctly Xenakisian spirit—Hyperstellar began a collaboration with Donald that became the cryptic project Daughter Produkt. Hyperstellar unfolds a deeply mental universe, oscillating between overwhelming power, expressed through uncompromising electronic music, and an almost painful sensitivity. Drawing from Wagnerian drama, European electronic precision, the violence of rock and metal, and the blurred states of ambient and experimental music, Hyperstellar shapes a Saturnian sound. A carefully curated discography followed across respected imprints: International Deejay Gigolo Records for his debut Polaris, Zone Records for sharper club-leaning work, and Bordello A Parigi for the more romantic vein (Message To Nowhere and In For A Flash). A composer for brands, films and installations, he joined Hans Zimmer’s Bleeding Fingers Music and is frequently commissioned by Dior, Moncler, Pomellato and Pucci (including campaigns featuring Naomi Campbell or Irina Shayk), as well as worldwide TV campaigns for leading luxury houses. He composed Isabelle Stanislas’ exhibitions’ original soundtracks three times — La Monnaie de Paris (2017), Hôtel de Sully (2022) and PAD (2026). Among releases on Gigolo Records and Zone Records, and forthcoming remixes for DJ Hell, Blackstrobe and David Shaw, Hyperstellar is currently working on several EPs and his debut album Imaginary Numbers, further reinforcing his artistic statement across both his personal work and cinematic endeavors. Each piece is a fragment of an interior landscape: numbers, impulses, memories, dreams — a mirror held to the darker geometries of the self, dissolving into a melancholic contemplation of time folding in on itself.
