SY has been a key player in the electronic music scene for over two decades. With early roots in the UK’s house and techno circuit, he gained a label residency at the legendary Manchester club Sankeys, performances at Fabric, D-EDGE, Space Ibiza, OFF Week and ADE followed, culminating in a journey that has taken him to many cities and countries across the globe. A decade-long chapter in Berlin saw him hold residencies at iconic clubs Tresor and Watergate, while also playing some of the most revered clubs in the city such as Club der Visionaere, Hoppetosse, Renate and RSO. As a producer, SY’s music has recently landed on respected labels such as Physical Education, Slump Recordings, Semi Delicious and Rawax. He also heads up E&X Records, working alongside a host of talented artists including Alex Neri, Harrison BDP, Maruwa, Clint and NairLess. Now based in Portugal, SY continues to evolve his sound and bring it to new audiences, with his most recent bookings including appearances at 5A, Plano B, Rūmu, Art Haus Club & Harbour.
