Lola Fat

Sobre

Lola Fat is a Parisian DJ who discovered the underground scene 10 years ago. Her main influences come from different international scene, which shaped her style and led her to the artistic identity she has today. She loves to play engaging and trippy sounds. From organic ambient to hypnotic, high-voltage techno, her sets are built as journeys rather than sequences of tracks. Textural, dark and deeply groove-driven, she plays with tension and release, pulling the floor into a trance before letting it detonate. To date, Lola Fat has recorded more than 20 mixes for collectives, radios and labels around the globe, across 11 different countries and has played in many venues in France and abroad. She started a few years ago her own mixes series called NOBODY MIXES : those mixes are recorded from home, she really goes deep into her latest inspirations with longer and more personal recordings. Music isn’t something Lola listens to, it’s something she lives. A total sensory experience, one that runs through the body as much as the ears. On stage, Lola Fat wants to take every soul on the floor into her world, to have everyone surrender to a journey that is spellbinding, dark and explosive, always full of positive energy. Today, she’s expanding her world beyond the decks. Trained in energy healing and sound therapy, she now explores sound as a tool for holistic wellbeing. Bookings : lolafaaat@gmail.com
