Through her mixes she found her own way of sharing music: threading experimental sounds and curious rhythms with intriguing noises and voices; drawn from both past and contemporary music. Lou explores a broad spectrum of musical genres, continually falling down new rabbit holes: bass, ambient, downtempo, trip-hop, dub, drone, breaks, electro, industrial, noise, psychedelic rock, post-punk, jazz... The list grows by the day. She founded the artists collective Slow Mo Orchestra to create contemplative moments around slow-tempo curiosities. The collective brings together ten resident artists: instrumentists, DJs, singers, and performers. Lou is also a radio host on Station Station, the radio station of Parisian club Station Gare des Mines, where she runs her monthly show Motion Lotion. Through this programme, she explores audio formats from narrated mixes to in-depth conversations with guests. Her curation weaves together club, experimental, electronic and acoustic music, reflecting the depth of her musical curiosity.
