Cali Kula, also known as Mehdi Ahmadi, is a versatile artist, composer, and visual creator whose artistic journey has left a lasting impact on various creative realms. With a diverse portfolio encompassing film soundtracks, dance compositions, and sonic installations for exhibitions, Cali Kula has consistently pushed the boundaries of sound and visual art. In 2021, he established Wild Bohemia Studio in Tunis, a creative space dedicated to sound and imagery. The following year, he founded Wild Bohemia Records, a label committed to promoting innovative electronic talents. His musical prowess came to fruition in his debut EP, «The Crow,» a four-track Deep House release in 2021 on the Batavia Records label in the Netherlands. This initial work showcased his ability to craft intricate electronic soundscapes that captivate listeners. In 2022, Cali Kula embarked on the «Electronic Arab Lost Tapes» project, an intriguing exploration of electronic music using archived audio interviews with legends of Arabic music. In 2023, he unveiled his EP «Les pieds de Margot» and the single «This Is House» under the banner of Wild Bohemia Records. His tracks have been featured on specialized genre podcasts such as Deeper Shades Of House and Dirty Disco. In 2024, Cali Kula released “Kawkab Achark” Ep, “Les Pieds de Margot” Remixed Ep, the Ambient Techno Ep “Polar Trawler” and “Acting like a man” single. In 2025, Cali Kula released Blackout/ Whiteout double Ep. .
