Born and raised in suburban Oklahoma City, Cleo is an independent Urban Gospel artist, and producer. He found his love for music early on in the church, but his passion for music came through 80's pop music, and 90's R&B. The hope and prayer of this Dallas, TX resident is to share the love of Jesus in a way that's soothing, passionate, and intentional.
