Resplandor is a Netherlands-based band that has captivated audiences worldwide with their shoegaze, dreamy, and atmospheric sound, infused with elements of post-punk and post-rock. Their two latest albums, Tristeza and Pleamar, were produced and mixed by Robin Guthrie, founder and songwriter of the legendary Cocteau Twins, and mastered by Simon Scott of Slowdive. In 2025, Resplandor kicked off the year with sold-out shows in Amsterdam and Paris, followed by memorable performances in Berlin, Rotterdam, and Leiden. The band continues their tour with upcoming dates in The Hague and Rotterdam, with a highly anticipated appearance in June at the Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig, one of Europe's largest and most prestigious festivals. Resplandor performed their latest album Tristeza being the opening act for The Cure in 2023 as part of The Cure's 'Shows Of A Lost World Tour 2023'. Resplandor has also played at festivals such as Grauzone Festival (The Hague, NL), Automatic Noise Festival (Amsterdam, NL), SXSW (Austin, USA), Culture Collide (Los Angeles, USA), Half Die Festival (Rome, IT), Veltrac Music Festival (Lima, PE) among others. Resplandor has been the opening act and has played with The Cure, Slowdive, The Jesus & Mary Chain, The House Of Love, The Ocean Blue, The Radio Dept. among others. They have also toured Europe, South America and North America.
