South London’s Tia Talks made her MC debut as a featured artist on Wiley's Tourbus alongside D Double E in 2021. Since then, she has collaborated with Manga Saint Hilare (OWT), Jammz (Tia’s Talking) and Zefer (Games), showcasing her versatility within the UK electronic music scene. After lockdown, Tia caught the eye of BBC Radio 1Xtra legend Sir Spyro, who invited her to perform her first live set on his show. She quickly followed up with a debut at Fabric, as part of Jme’s Grime MC FM, performing alongside seminal Grime artists Boy Better Know, P Money and Footsie, among others. Tia released her debut EP, Tia’s Talking, in 2022. Her second EP, Thanks in Advance, was released in 2023 and garnered regular airplay on BBC Radio 1Xtra. Tia is now diving into garage, 140, and drum and bass, expanding her horizons with new and exciting music on the way. Keep an ear out – Tia's got something to say, and 2025 is her year.
