In today’s saturated landscape of people behind the decks, Troy Kurtz has flourished with a style and sophistication found only among real music enthusiasts with a penchant for groove. His consummate music taste has been in demand for over a decade, and he’s been releasing seminal tracks since 2013. Having spent his formative years in Miami and LA, he reads dancefloors like he’s reading the ocean for waves. He’s graced the largest stages in electronic music with performances at landmark festivals like Coachella, EDC, and Ultra. Still, he is just as comfortable playing house sets on the sand at Soho House or vinyl sets at Miami’s underground high-fidelity listening bars. The wave of music has taken him across the globe to play in Bali, London, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Toronto. He is the founder of his record label Pulp Trax and has previously worked in esteemed music curatorial roles at Red Bull and Insomniac. He has released music on labels like Omnidisc, Bedrock , Openers, and more.
